Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales in our salon of Davines products along with contacting clients for add on services. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need

- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns

- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise

- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

- Upsell additional products or accessories to enhance the customer's shopping experience

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:

- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Basic computer skills for processing transactions and accessing product information

- Knowledge of technical sales, wireless sales, jewelry sales, or electronics sales is desirable

- Must have a professional appearance and demeanor
