RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to):

• Drafting letters and correspondence to insurance companies and medical providers
• Obtaining and organizing documentation required at different stages of the case
• Processing PIP/Medpay
• Reviewing all medical records
• Maintaining regular contact with clients
• Notice letter to Medicare/Medicaid and lienholders
• Drafting and sending out a demand package
• Monitoring receipt and processing of a demand
• Preparing closing statements
• Checking account balances
• Processing disbursement
• Handling claims from beginning to end

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have at least 2-3 years of personal injury paralegal experience
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deliver results, and maintain quality while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Spanish speaking a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
