Key Responsibilities:
- Develop knowledge of business processes from quotation to order completion/follow up stages
- Source freight and coordinate logistics for purchases, sales and drop shipments
- Data and order entry into ERP
- Resolve disputes with couriers and freight companies
- Update customer information in CRM
- Follow up with vendors and customers on pending orders
- Communicate with vendors to find solutions for customer inquiries
- Answer incoming customer calls as required
- Monitor chat function and direct leads to sales team
- Run management reports as required
- New customer set up
- Establish customer credit

- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills and able to work proficiently with Microsoft Office products
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
