We're looking for a detail-oriented, highly motivated Warehouse Associate to assist in order processing, product assembly, and maintaining daily organization in our dynamic warehouse setting.

Who You Are:

We're seeking a dynamic Warehouse Associate who can adapt to various responsibilities, contribute positively to our team culture, and is driven to achieve their fullest potential.

Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excelling under time constraints and demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities.

In this role, you'll be pivotal in supporting both our B2B and B2C operations, aiding warehouse management in assembly and maintenance while ensuring our facilities remain orderly and efficient. We need someone with a demonstrated ability to stay focused, meet deadlines, and consistently achieve targets set by management. Given our small company structure, versatility is key, as you'll be expected to transition seamlessly between tasks like picking, packing, shipping, and customer service. We prioritize internal growth, so we're seeking individuals who are eager to evolve alongside our company.

Responsibilities:

• Pack orders from single units to multiple-pallets
• Collaborate with team on packaging, label and collateral needs
• Performing weekly inventory counts
• Lifting 50 lbs often standing and sitting for extended periods of time
• Operating warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks and forklift
• Create processes to help eliminate shipping and packing errors
• Overall warehouse organization and cleanliness

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred
• Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary
• Familiarity with operating warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks and forklifts is a plus, but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
