Translates requirements into trainings which assist employees toward the next step of their career path. • Develops or oversees the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals. • Directs structured learning experiences and monitors their quality results. • Acclimates new hires to the business and conducts orientation sessions. • Stays current on new trends and tools in assist with employee development. • Ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and calculate training ROI. • Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance. • Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation. • Respectfully takes direction from manager. • Other duties as assigned.Job Summary
