Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Responds to questions from guests. Checks in guests and provides information on park facilities. Communicates rules and policies.
Performs janitorial duties relating to day-to-day operations such as cleaning campsites, day use areas and shelters, restrooms, and showers, yomes and cabins.
Light landscaping and vegetation management. Reports repair issues and safety concerns. Supports emergency responders as needed.
Processing Payments Processes, records, and reconciles payments and reservations. Works with reservation software from a laptop or PC.
Completes end of day revenue reports. Maintains onsite cash fund.Escalate questions or problems.
Program Administration Assists in program administration by gathering data (e.g. visitor use data) and reporting to other technicians.
Installs and / or maintains signage to ensure public safety.
Education / Experience / Certifications
Education Requires High School diploma or successful completion of General Education Development (GED) test.
Experience Typically 0-2 years in related field.
