Position Summary | The Senior People Partner works as a strategic member of the PCC management team by contributing to the goals of the college to drive vision and purpose in finding collaborative solutions that lead to student and employee success. You will act as an internal consultant to college managers to provide strategic and hands-on counsel and support on long- and short-term employee/labor relations matters, including those of significant complexity. Acts as a liaison between Human Resources and assigned managers and leaders to facilitate communication and to ensure the coordination of HR programs. Portland Community College serves nearly 60,000 full and part-time students across a large and diverse service area, with four campuses and multiple education centers.
