Job Description:

The two main responsibilities of this position is to install products in a safe, high quality, productive and profitable manner and to be a part of the manufacturing/production with whatever manufacturing tasks needed including but not limited to edge banding, CNC machining, drawer box making, material handling, cleaning, etc. The ideal candidate needs to demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction and be able to communicate what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. This position will be full time and work both with between installation and manufacturing/production.

Requirements:

• Friendly, organized and energetic and a team player
• Customer oriented personality that can communicate and work with customers.
• Punctual and reliable with an excellent work ethic.
• Available full time Monday-Friday, plus some weekends and required overtime.
• Valid and clean driver’s license
• Trade experience is a plus, but will train the right candidate.
• Ability to work well with a variety of people and not become frustrated
• This position is physically demanding and fast-paced.
• Able to lift 60 pounds and navigate stairs.
• Experience with common hand and power tools.

Other Requirements:

Preferred Experience in:

• Finish carpentry skills
• Lighting systems that use drivers
• Experience with edge banding machine
• Experience with CNC machines
• Drawer box making
• Knowledge or experience working with 32 millimeter system
• Problem solving in the field
