Bakery Mixer - Looking for a detailed, multi-tasking production person to join our baking team.

Want to work your whole shift and be done by 1:00 PM? Come help the team make cakes, breads, cookies, and danishes. The Mixer we need is an independent thinker who can keep the back bench organized and the doughs flowing for the rest of the staff. The bakery is busy prepping for the holidays, and the Mixer is a key part of the team that keeps the whole bakery working efficiently. Arriving at 2:30 each morning, you will be asked to plan each day using our four industrial mixers to keep the bakers behind you busy with breads, cookies, cakes and danish doughs. Once you have caught up with the time sensitive items there will be time in every shift to fine tune the operation to make the next rush more predictable. In this role you will have support from the rest of the back bench team: bakers and a clean-up person, to help keep everything running like clockwork. Finally, there is plenty of overtime available leading up to the holidays to get your bank account ready for the festivities. It really is a win-win.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 50 per week
