**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Host/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and providing exceptional guest services. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and hospitality are key.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor

- Seat guests and manage reservations using systems like OpenTable

- Take food and beverage orders accurately

- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly

- Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers

- Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area and sanitizing surfaces

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service

- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials

**Experience:**

- Prior experience in the food industry or hospitality sector preferred

- Proficiency in cash handling and working with cash registers

- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems is a plus

- Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience

- Basic understanding of kitchen operations and culinary terminology

- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Ability to sanitate work areas regularly
