Porter's Real Barbecue is looking for new part time and full time crew members. Position involves cutting barbecue to order for customers at the serving line, working the cash register, serving sides, answering common questions, explaining our menu and how to order, and back of house duties and cleaning. This position requires: Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast pace environment, great customer service, and ability to handle a sometimes high pressure lunch or dinner service. Previous restaurant experience is a strong plus. Must be able to work weekends and evenings. Have reliable transportation. Must have or obtain WA Food Handler's Card and MAST permit. Clean driving record appreciated. Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time. Bend, squat, and lift pans of food.
