Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Crew Members in the food industry. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development.

Duties:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry or customer service is preferred but not required
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and team members
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and willingness to adhere to them
- Culinary knowledge is a plus
