OVERNIGHT HOURS AVAILABLE- LOOKING TO FILL UP TO 7 DAYS/NIGHTS DEPENDING ON THE WEEK

SOME DAYSHIFT MAY BE POSSIBLE POSSIBLE- UP TO 7 DAYS A WEEK in New Haven, Bridgeport and New London areas. Ideally be able to travel to all 3 if necessary.

To sweeten the deal BONUS AFTER successfully passing 90 DAYS PROBATION (based on performance/attendance)

PAID PRE-EMPLOYMENT TRAINING AFTER 1ST WEEK OF WORK (paid monthly training required)

Pay:

15.00- more $ possible moving forward

HOLIDAYS PAID AT TIME AND HALF RATES (mandatory for new hires)

(Emergency/last minute/special projects calls will be paid at the higher level and/or bonus) 

Qualifications and Skills Requirements:

• Possess VALID Security Officer License
• Have a VALID TWIC card (apply at tsa.gov)
• Have a VALID Driver’s License
• PAID PRE-EMPLOYMENT TRAINING AFTER 1ST WEEK OF WORK (also paid monthly training required)
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience - Higher Education is a plus
• Have reliable transportation
• Be able to pass a Drug Test and Background Check
• Be fluent in English (read, write and speak)
• Have basic computer knowledge

Job Description (depending on post/site):

-Access control at the security checkpoints/gates (training provided)

-Log incoming/outgoing traffic in accordance to regulations (training provided)

-Patrols on foot and/or via vehicle (training provided)
