Port Saint Lucie Rehabilitation and Healthcare is a 180 bed skilled nursing facility located in beautiful Port St. Lucie, FL. We have been a trusted long-term care and rehab center for many years, fully accredited and licensed by the state of Florida, we are committed to providing excellent rehabilitation services to our residents. Whether the need is short term rehab, skilled nursing care, long term or hospice care.

We are now recruiting a RN Wound Care Nurse to become part of our nursing team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• FL Registered Nurse License
• Wound care certification
• 2 - 3 years’ experience working as a Wound Care Nurse.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively, as part of a team.
• Knowledgeable about resident rights, HIPAA, Federal and State regulations, and guidelines related to nursing homes.
• Extremely organized and detail oriented, with the ability to always perform duties with professionalism.
• Must be a team player and be able to work collaboratively with our clinical and nursing team including doctors, physicians, family members, other department heads and staff members.
• High level of familiarity with nursing home safety practices and procedures.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and quality care to our residents.

Must pass Level ll criminal background check, drug testing, health screens; provide valid work references.
