PORT Health Services is Hiring a RN-Full-Time 2nd Shift Near Greenville, NC

 

PORT Health’s mission is to improve the lives, health and well-being of individuals and families dealing with substance use and mental health disorders. We are seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team designed to provide or arrange access to a full continuum of care for adults and youths. 

What you’ll do:

 The primary purpose of the Registered Nurse is to provide patients with services including screening, medication/prescription management, assisting the treatment team, treatment after-care, and referral services. This position will provide medication and medical assistance to mental health and substance abuse clients as well as offer guidance to Medical Assistant. This position will work in collaboration with other clinical professionals to facilitate positive outcomes for our clients. 

 This position will maintain accurate and up to date medical documentation and client medication logs. This position also assists other staff members in maintaining a therapeutic environment for our clients while promoting an appropriate and healthy clinical environment for all clients housed at this facility.

 How You’ll Benefit:

You’ll earn a competitive salary of $30-$34 per hour depending on skills and experience.This full-time position offers a flexible schedule of Monday-Friday primarily 2nd shift between the hours of 4pm-12 am with rotating weekends.

What we’re looking for:

  • Current NC License to practice or Certification Required
  • Current NC Driver’s License required. 
  • Experience with the Mental Health and Substance Abuse Population preferred but not required
