What You’ll Do
As the TCM Director, you will be responsible for staff management and team training, quality improvement and compliance as defined by the MCO’s and the NCQA Care Management Criteria in addition to monitoring the budget and administrative policies. The Director leads the team in their efforts to ensure growth, consistency, and continued financial viability of the TCM program. The ability to multi-task and think outside the box are critical skills to success in this integral team leadership position.
How You’ll Benefit
You’ll earn a competitive salary between $75,000-85,000 depending on skills and experience.This full-time position offers a primary schedule ofMonday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm with flexibility to provide for client and team needs outside of regular business hours.
