PORT Health Services is Hiring a DIRECTOR OF CARE MANAGEMENT Near Greenville, NC

 
 PORT Health’s mission is to improve the lives, health and well-being of individuals and families dealing with substance use and mental health disorders. We are seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Director to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary Tailored Care Management(TCM) team designed to lead, develop, and operationalize care coordination within the agency.

What You’ll Do

As the TCM Director, you will be responsible for staff management and team training, quality improvement and compliance as defined by the MCO’s and the NCQA Care Management Criteria in addition to monitoring the budget and administrative policies. The Director leads the team in their efforts to ensure growth, consistency, and continued financial viability of the TCM program. The ability to multi-task and think outside the box are critical skills to success in this integral team leadership position. 

How You’ll Benefit 

You’ll earn a competitive salary between $75,000-85,000 depending on skills and experience.This full-time position offers a primary schedule ofMonday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm with flexibility to provide for client and team needs outside of regular business hours. The service area of this opportunity is Eastern North Carolina. We also offer competitive benefits for benefits eligible positions.

What We’re Looking For

To join our team as the TCM Director you must have experience in managed care services with the MH/SA population, possess top-tier communication skills, be adept at problem solving and de-escalation in times of crisis. We also require:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and 4 years’ experience in SA/MH clinical work and/or care management
  • Master’s degree and clinical mental health licensure preferred or RN licensure
  • Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work-related travel between FBC locations
