PORT Health Services is Hiring a CSAC/LCAS-A- SA Group Facilitator-1st Shift-FT or PT Near Bern, NC

PORT Health’s mission is to improve the lives, health and well-being of individuals and families dealing with substance use and mental health disorders. We are seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Community Supervision MAT Coordinator to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary Outpatient Therapy team designed to provide crisis interventions and support to adults and youths.

What You’ll Do 

As the Community Supervision MAT Coordinator, you will work as part of a team to provide or arrange access to a full continuum of care for individuals with MH/SA/IDD’s. Some of the things the Coordinator is responsible for is to receive referrals from Community Supervision personnel, schedule initial contact with referral, verify demographic information, schedule assessments, and scheduling treatment team meetings. Excellent candidates will enjoy tracking program data through regular reporting as well as marketing the program.

How You’ll Benefit 

You’ll earn a competitive salary between $39,500 - $43,500 depending on skills and experience.This position will maintain an average work schedule of 40 hours per week. Generally, working the hours between 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday; but flexibility will be expected depending on client and program’s need.

What We’re Looking For

To join our team as the Mat Coordinator you must have knowledge of motivational interviewing techniques, possess top-tier communication skills, be adept at problem solving and de-escalation in times of crisis.

We also require:

  • Meet the minimum requirements for a NC Qualified Professional, OR
  • A graduate of a college with an associate’s degree in human service or criminal justice field; OR
  • A high school diploma and a certification as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC)
