Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Steward to join our team. As a Kitchen Steward, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and supporting the culinary team. Duties:
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas
- Dispose of trash and recycling properly
- Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with banquet setup and breakdown as required

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation and service techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Skills:
- Catering experience
- Help with bussing tables or cleaning dining areas
- Knowledge of hotel kitchen operations
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques
- Understanding of food service standards
- Culinary knowledge or training is a plus

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
