Porges Electrical Group, Inc. is Hiring an Electrical Project Manager Near Twentynine Palms, CA

For over three decades the management team at Porges Electrical Group has provided clients with fully comprehensive and innovative electrical solutions. Built exclusively to serve the electrical needs of the defense community, PEG brings unrivaled expertise to the jobsite.

As a member of our project management team, you will oversee all aspects of assigned Federal (Military) projects from commencement to completion. We are looking for someone who will not only manage these projects in compliance with company procedures, but has the desire to exceed Government and customer expectations.

Job Specifics include, but are not limited to:

-Ensure the schedule is always met or exceeded. Make schedule adjustments based on evolving conditions.

-Ensure project compliance with project contract, specifications and applicable codes/regs.

-Prepare and oversee all preparatory meetings.

-Collaborate with prefabrication and design departments

-Order material in compliance with project specifications and design

-Coordinate and oversee logistics of tools, materials, equipment, etc. to jobsite

-Ensure project team is compliant and current with all safety requirements

-Set clear goals and expectations to foreman.

-Negotiate and resolve all customer concerns.

-Complete and/or oversee the completion of submittals, O&M’s and other required documents

Desired candidate/skills:

-Highly motivated with strong business acumen, good inter-personal, people management and business skills

-Electrical Project Management or Coordination experience.

-Results driven

-Strong computer skills

-Bachelor’s Degree in business or engineering a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
