Responsibilities:

• Take guests' orders for beverages and bakery items
• Assist customers in selecting and ordering cakes and pastries
• Box up pastries and cakes for takeout orders
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
• Ensure accuracy and quality in beverage preparation
• Deliver food orders to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery counter and beverage station
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a bakery counter role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and beverage preparation
• Basic knowledge of coffee and espresso machines is a plus
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
