Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of our business. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, leadership, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance expectations
- Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in managing payroll and scheduling

Experience:
- Previous experience in sales management or assistant manager role preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to effectively market products and services
- Experience in shift management and store management
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Familiarity with payroll and administrative tasks
- Strong math skills for cash handling and inventory management

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
