Role Overview
As the QA/BA Co-Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring project success by combining your QA and BA expertise. Responsibilities include leading QA efforts, maintaining the Scrum board, refining requirements, and leveraging test automation. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams. This is a full-time role with our client.
You will co-lead a team with the Technical Team Lead, assisting with work organization, timelines, and requirement clarification. The team includes dedicated QA and software developers.
The company tackles complex problems across various technologies like APIs, automation, web applications, and real-time processing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Scrum board, prioritize tasks, and facilitate sprint execution
- Lead QA throughout the SDLC, define test strategies, and ensure quality
- Utilize tools like Postman, JMeter for test automation and efficiency
- Refine requirements, clarify user stories, and enable shared understanding
- Identify and address impediments, ensuring smooth workflow
Qualifications
- Experience in QA leadership and business analysis
- Proficient with test automation tools (Postman, JMeter, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and timely delivery
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 annually, plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
Location
This role is ideally located in the Greater Chicago area with a hybrid work model (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in the office). Remote candidates will also be considered.\
