Popbar is a gelato, sorbert, and yogurt popsicle shop. Each customer chooses a pop and our team assist them in customizing it with our chocolates and toppings. In addition, we also offer a number of other fun treats like gelato shakes, frozen lemonades and POP'n Boba drinks.

Popbar in Charlotte, NC is looking for two part time team member to join our crew. We are located on 3123 North Davidson St Suite B and we also have a second location at 270 Camp Road. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable. Based on experience, the pay would be $9.00-$12.00 per hour plus awesome tips!

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and make them feel welcomed
• Answer any questions the customers may have
• Assist Customers in customizing their pop or drink order
• Mixing and producing popba'rs in small batches daily
• Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
• Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner

Qualifications

• Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees
• Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
• Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
• Good communication skills with customers
