Poop Busters Indy LLC is a growing pet waste removal provider in Indianapolis, IN. We are professional, agile, and autonomous with a goal of providing our clients with recurring yard cleanups of pet waste and trash with an immense focus on consistent and reliable customer service and a job well done every time we visit a client house.

```Job Summary```
We are seeking an Associate to join our team. The On Site Associate is responsible for traveling to residential clients' homes and cleaning the yard of all pet waste and/or trash. The ideal candidate is a detail oriented individual who is capable of taking ownership of their weekly jobs, and maintaining a consistent schedule based on their current availability. Quick and responsive communication skills are a huge plus, and the more responsive and detail oriented an On Site Associate can be, the more flexible their hours and weekly schedule are.
```Responsibilities```
- Drive to residential houses based on a list of assigned jobs and complete a thorough cleanup of the yard
- Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Utilize Google Sheets on the go to ensure all details of a given job are covered
- Overcome obstacles as they come up, and communicate any issues directly with management if any arise
```Qualifications```
- Have access to a car on days when work is assigned
- Experience in at home maintenance not required but a plus
- Ability to maintain a consistent schedule - during the interview process applicants can communicate their availability and time constraints and management will accomodate
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy entering job completion information
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries or complaints professionally
Although this job description may seem like it requires a lot, Poop Busters Indy is simply looking for someone who is able to take ownership over their tasks, is excited to work in an outdoor environment, and who is willing to spend much of their time working driving to each house we serve. No prior experience is necessary, but ability to maintain a consistent schedule and keep a few spreadsheets up to date is required.
