Currently seeking an experienced Superintendent in the pool industry who is passionate and enthusiastic, with proven abilities in adjusting well to shifting priorities, deadlines, and goals when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the installation process.
• Interact with customers via phone calls, text messages and email regarding project movement, questions, and resolution of any issues. Build and maintain a strong relationship.
• Coordinate and maintain production schedule.
• Effective daily communication with subcontractors ensuring schedule is maintained on a timely basis.
• Communicate feedback in a quick manner if changes are needed.
• Persistent and continuous follow up.
• Collect all monies on time that are due for each phase.
• Produce and maintain accurate construction files including contract addendums, revised plans, incident reports, material selections, etc.
• Maintain spreadsheets tracking data.

Salary

• $45K - $65K DOE
