POSITION OVERVIEW

The Pool Service Professional role is a position of general maintenance and upkeep of residential swimming pools. Pool Service Professionals are assigned a route each week and are expected to provide premium service to each property on it. Each stop can be a little different, some pools may require a quick skim, and chemical check, while others may take a little bit longer to maintain.

The best service starts with you, and that is why we believe in Deliver 1. This means we are always thinking one step ahead and surpassing the “normal” expectations. We make sure to leave our customers with smiles on their faces from our exceptional pool service.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• This is an outdoor position. We perform work in all types of weather including heat, rain, cold, etc.
• Brush waterline tile, walls, steps, and benches
• Skim & remove all debris from the water
• Vacuum pools (as needed)
• Empty all baskets or debris (pump, skimmer, leaf traps, and canisters)
• Backwash filters (sand and DE)
• Test and balance water chemistry at each body of water as needed (pool, spa, fountains, etc.)

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to occasionally lift 100 lbs. , repetitive bending, squatting, twisting, and standing
• Ability to swim
• Able to work unsupervised
• Valid State Driver’s License
• Ability to pass MVR and background check
• Ability to work in extreme heat or cold for extended periods of time

COMPENSATION

$11.00 per Pool
