Pool Water Products is seeking a General Contractor to oversee corporate projects for buildings located throughout the United States sunbelt. Limited travel expected. This individual will work in the corporate office located in Irvine, California. Reporting to the President, the Facilities Manager will oversee and coordinate construction, repair and maintenance projects within the facilities, collaborate with contractors and vendors to execute construction and repair plans and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. Candidate must have knowledge of basic construction skills, but most importantly, at least three years experience in coordinating construction projects within facilities. Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Salary Range: $70,000 to $80,000 depending on qualifications.
