A Safety Sensitive Position that maintains the Swimming pools of Clients for cleanliness, chemical levels as well as detect any potential leaks or mechanical issues; and communicate the results to both the Client and to the Supervisor through oral, written and/or computer communication.
Job Duties • Lift tools, chemicals and equipment unassisted that weigh at least 40-50 lbs. multiple times a day • Carry tools, chemicals and equipment unassisted that weigh at least 20-30 lbs. at least 60-80 ft. at least 15 times a day • Safely operate a company motor vehicle and maintain a clear and valid drivers’ license for the state in which you reside • Conduct daily scheduled pool service, and water maintenance using chemicals like bleach and acid following company procedures • Periodically maintain Salt Chlorination equipment to include adjusting dials, cleaning cells, and reporting malfunctions • Test water quality to include Chlorine levels, pH balance, Alkalinity, Salt Levels, Cyanurate, Hardness and Phosphates • Clean out pool filtration units • Service pool circulation systems keeping track of missing or broken returns, drain grates, baskets and weirs. • Conduct safety checks, making sure equipment like skimmer covers, side suction safety covers, Main Drain Covers and safety fences and yard fences are in good working order and all fences shut when leaving yard • Keep stock records for cleaning supplies, chemicals and spare parts • Attend to immediate water hygiene incidents • Communicate to Home Owner/Client findings of cleaning • Log and report equipment faults or water quality problems to supervisors • Attend periodic safety and team meetings • Attend periodic training sessions • Keep your truck clean and professionally equipped • Wear your company uniform keeping a professional appearance in the field • Other reasonable duties, as assigned by management
