Pool Scouts is a professional work environment where you build customer relationships while providing superior cleaning and maintenance services to residential pools.

The Position :

• Full Time (32-40 hours per week) - experience required
• Part Time hours available
• EXCELLENT communication and customer service skills needed
• Maintaining and cleaning residential pools
• Driving a company-issued van during work hours
• Minor repairs
• Use of technology (phone, tablet) to record and track daily activities
• Focus on excellent Customer Experience

• Workday begins / ends in Pflugerville. You must have reliable transportation to get to work. Company vehicle provided for the workday.
• It is HOT in Texas. Please be prepared to hydrate and work in the sun .

Requirements :

• Must be legally allowed to work in the US
• Must be 18 or older
• Must have a valid driver's license in good standing and a pass criminal background check
• Ability to work for long periods of time in extreme outdoor temperatures
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Must have your own cell phone with data that you can use on the job
• Proficiency with use of tablet or smart phone
• CPO or willingness to become certified

Compensation :

$18.00 will depend on experience. If interested, we will also train candidates on repairs as they progress their overall competency and customer service skills.
