Pooh's Corner Early Childhood Center is a NYS Network Early Educational Program, licensed through the NYS Office of Children and Family Services. We have been serving the families of NYS employees along with the surrounding community for over 35 years! We are actively seeking energetic, compassionate, and professional Lunch/Recess Monitors to work with children ages 6 weeks through 5 years!

Positions available require individuals who are patient, have a gentle approach to working with young children and their families, and can take direction from both Director's and the Lead Teacher in the classroom. Candidates must be available to work Monday through Friday, between our normal program hours of 7:30am to 5pm. This is a full/part-time, year-round position. In addition, candidates must have the ability to be a team player, along with having strong verbal and written communication, organization, and time management skills. We offer a very supportive work environment, along with a competitive salary based on education and experience.

Qualifications: Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and hold either a High School Diploma or GED. Previous classroom experience in an Early Childhood setting is a plus.
