About the Position

We are seeking entry-level/early-career Architectural Designers (multiple positions) to join our growing Energy team working out of our Metairie, LA or Huntsville, AL office locations. Please note that this position will initially be contract (1099) with the potential to be hired permanently after 8-10 months. Also please note that the position will require up to 50% travel, including international travels on occasion. A valid US Passport is required. The ideal candidate is a recent Architecture graduate looking to grow in their engineering skills while getting first-hand experience on site with federal and commercial clients. The successful candidate would be mentored by our dynamic team of professionals while supporting/leading a range of multidisciplinary projects. The successful candidate would also interface with clients and support proposal development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited college or university
• Internship or work experience in architectural design is a plus
• Ability to learn how to design in AutoCAD and Revit (previous experience in AutoCAD or Revit is a plus)
• Willing to travel up to 50% mainly domestic, but with occasional international trips
• Valid US Passport is required
