About the Position We are currently seeking an experienced Client Manager to join our growing team in Peachtree Corners, GA. The ideal candidate possesses 10 years of related experience and wants to grow, collaborate, and innovate. In this position, the successful candidate will manage a portfolio of Medical industry clients and projects at their respective sites across the United States. Projects will span across multiple markets and geographies affording opportunities for broadening knowledge and deepening skill sets related to design projects. We are seeking someone who can be an independent self-starter. Experience and Qualifications Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management and 10 years of related experience in Medical Device manufacturing or A/E/CM servicing the Medical market preferred. PE license, PMP certification, MBA or other advanced degree preferred. Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work. This role will advocate for resources from within the matrixed organization to support their clients, the candidate will need to lead a multidisciplinary team without supervisory authority to ensure successful project execution. Demonstrated leadership experience is preferred. Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally. The candidate must have the technical aptitude to understand Pond's services and technical expertise. The primary responsibility of the role is to ensure client satisfaction through the ability to understand the clients' needs, tailor a service offering, and oversee the execution. Experience writing proposals, change orders, and reviewing contractual terms is preferred. The successful candidate will have a good fiscal understanding, as they will be responsible for the overall financial performance of the project--design and construction. Experience meeting P&L targets is preferred. The successful candidate has experience in executive communications, as they will be expected to keep internal and external stakeholders updated on their project's status, health, and risk as appropriate. The Client Manager will be expected to leverage the relationships cultivated with their clients to win follow-on work. A proven track record of hitting a sales quota is preferred. Although primarily an account management role, the successful candidate will be capable of filling the project management responsibilities when needed. A good understanding of PM techniques for scope, schedule, and budget management is preferred. Travel is required ~ 30%. Hybrid/Remote work is possible, but will require additional travel to Pond's offices to coordinate with internal team. Additional Information Many factors are considered when determining compensation at Pond, including scope and level of position, geographic location, candidate skill, knowledge and experience. Starting base pay may vary depending on these factors. We anticipate filling this position as a Client Manager with a salary range of $117,400.00 - $189,500.00 . Additional cash incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a range of medical, financial and/or other benefits dependent on position offered.
