About the Position We are currently seeking an experienced civil designer to join our growing team in one of our Atlanta area offices. The ideal candidate possesses 8 years of related experience and wants to grow, collaborate, and innovate. In this position, the successful candidate will perform civil site design and drafting for clients across the United States. Projects will span across multiple markets and geographies affording opportunities for broadening knowledge and deepening skill sets related to design projects. We are seeking someone who can be an independent self-starter. Additional Information Many factors are considered when determining compensation at Pond, including scope and level of position, geographic location, candidate skill, knowledge and experience. Starting base pay may vary depending on these factors. We anticipate filling this position as a Designer IV with a salary range of $74,800.00 - $114,300.00 . Additional cash incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a range of medical, financial and/or other benefits dependent on position offered.
