Pond View Ct. is Hiring a Swimming Pool Construction Laborer Near Dayville, CT

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team. The Construction Laborer will assist with various tasks on construction sites to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely. As a vital part of our crew, your commitment to punctuality, reliability, and positivity will contribute to the successful completion of our stunning swimming pool projects. This position will be working on a small crew, and is part of a larger dynamic team that also work on the job sites at various stages of the projects.

Duties:
- Assist with loading and unloading materials
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision
- Clean and prepare construction sites
- Dig trenches, backfill holes, mix concrete, pour concrete, form & pour stair sections, trowel vermiculite or concrete, rough plumb pools under supervision, assist is assembling filter equipment, installing vinyl liners.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of basic hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job
- Valid drivers license, and reliable transportation.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Certification in construction-related fields (e.g., OSHA 10)
- Experience operating heavy machinery such as forklifts or skid steers
- Basic understanding of construction

Primary Benefits:

  • Competitive salary ranging from $22.00 to $35.00 per hour. DOE
  • Cash bonuses upon project completion, rewarding your hard work and dedication.

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
