RESPONSIBILITES

• Engage with new and existing customers by phone, email and text
• Greet and guide customers through the vehicle buying process thru established steps and procedures
• Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the vehicle’s operating features and capabilities
• Take customers on vehicle test drives and “walk-arounds”
• Provide information necessary for customers to buy with confidence
• Follow-up with customers after sale to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat and referral business
• Invest in continual training, professional development and improvement

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience preferred but not required
• Career-minded, goal oriented and customer focused
• Self-motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
