To continue delivering on this reputation, we are currently in search of a Receptionist to join our National Accounts team. This position performs a variety of clerical duties under the general direction of the National Accounts Manager. Office experience is preferred, but we are more than willing to train the right candidate!

Job Responsibilities:

• Answering phones
• Giving information to callers
• Transferring calls to the appropriate person/department/store
• Greeting visitors and informs appropriate person of their arrival
• Research account discrepancies
• Enter credit memos and invoices
• Process accounts to meet deadlines
• Match memos to DR's
• Performing any other clerical duties as requested by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication skills
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Customer Service skills
• Confidentiality
• Regularly lift, push, or move 10 pounds
