Pomona Park Veterinary Urgent Care in Fruitport, MI is looking to hire an experienced client service representative (CSR) to work throughout the summer most Saturdays from 12:00 - 8:00 PM. (If you are not experienced, please do not apply). At this time, this is a temporary position with limited hours and will not guarantee employment past the months of June-Sept unless there is a need at that time. There may be a time we ask for you to come in on a weekday if you are available.

Our current hours of operation:

M-F 2-10 PM SAT 12-8 PM, closed major holidays

We are a busy animal urgent care that opened in June of 2023. The CSR responsibilities include opening, closing, maintaining cash box, answering phones, voicemail, email, sending records, checking clients in and out, helping clients secure financing if needed, cleaning exam rooms, entering patient/client data into the computer, and being a compassionate and caring individual who loves animals and their people, as visiting urgent care is often a stressful time for most pet parents.
