We are seeking a skilled Dental Front Office Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our dental practice, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front office. ```Duties```
- Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our dental services
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain patient records, including medical history and treatment plans
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe reception area
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- Previous experience working in a dental office
- Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and coding systems
- Proficiency in using dental practice management software ( Eaglesoft)
- Knowledge of medical imaging systems and medical record management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Understanding of aseptic techniques and infection control protocols
