Description
Polygon Composites is seeking a Braider Operator to join our 2nd shift team of talented team members. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and running parts based on router instructions for Braider and Winding machines. You will be responsible for recording quantities that are produced and scraped. We are seeking a detail-oriented candidate that will take pride in monitoring the work being performed, assuring parts meet quality standards. This successful candidate will pay great attention to detail seeking the opportunity to grow with a great organization.

QUALIFICATIONS – To perform this job successfully, the individuals must be qualified of the knowledge, skill and abilities listed below: · Understand basic math including percentages, ratios, and proportions.· Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents.· Ability to write legibly.· Ability to read/understand measuring devices (gauges and calipers).
