Polston Tax Resolution & Accounting is Hiring a Client Specialist Near Tulsa, OK

We’re eager to find a Client Specialist who enjoys connecting with people, knows being detail-oriented is one of their strengths, and has excellent time management skills when juggling multiple competing priorities. The hours for this in-office position are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm.

Polston Tax Resolution & Accounting was founded in 2001 with the mission of helping people escape the nightmare of owing back taxes. Today, the firm not only services people who owe back taxes to the IRS or state, but also boasts a full-service tax and accounting firm.

What Will You Do?

The Client Specialist is the main point of contact for the company and provides a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor that sets the tone for a strong relationship between our clients and the company.

  • Communicate with current and potential clients regarding services the company provides though face-to-face interaction, over the phone, or by email.
  • Assist attorneys, accountants, and case managers with client communication.
  • Prepare legal documents.
  • Maintain company schedule and caller database.
  • Maintain and update large and intricate spreadsheets.
  • Update case notes in internal case management software.

What Do You Need?

The Client Specialist has a positive attitude and customer service mindset with a strong work ethic.

  • The skill to switch back and forth between tasks based on their importance and urgency.
  • Basic computer skills such as keyboarding, email etiquette, and working with Microsoft Office.
  • A team player who works hard to achieve good results in the tasks they have been given.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the skill to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • The ability to accomplish/complete a task while demonstrating a thorough concern for all the areas involved, no matter how small.
  • Capacity to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Coachable mindset and student mentality.
  • Equipment, such as computer, tablet and/or phone, to work remotely when the office is closed due to inclement weather, power outage etc.
  • Internet - a minimum of 50 Mbps internet service with a recommended speed of 100 Mbps for optimal performance.
  • Satisfactory background and reference checks.
