Polsinelli PC has an immediate opening for Events Technology Coordinator. Preferred location will be Kansas City or our Atlanta office.

Position Reports to:

Assistant Events Manager

Core Responsibilities:

Work closely with Marketing Events team and CLE team to structure, coordinate and execute client-facing virtual events (CLE and non-CLE) including but not limited to:

  • Coordinating with internal and external speakers and moderators
  • Managing registration and attendance in firm CRM
  • Creating and managing attendee communication in firm’s email marketing platform
  • Setting up and testing webinar technology platforms
  • Troubleshooting technical issues during the event
  • Coordinate continuing legal education (CLE) events and materials between speakers and the firm’s CLE administrative team
  • Obtain CLE approval and accreditation of all firm-hosted virtual events
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes based on event technology findings and trends
  • Other duties as assigned including but not limited to:
    • Assistance with live event needs, when requested
    • Name badge creation
    • Invitation list management
    • Event invitation creation

Work closely with Internal teams (Resource groups, Committees, Executive Communications, CLE) to structure, coordinate and execute firm wide internal virtual events (CLE and non-CLE) including but not limited to:

  • Coordinating with internal and external speakers and moderators
  • Managing registration and attendance in firm CRM
  • Creating and managing attendee communication in firm’s email marketing platform
  • Setting up and testing webinar technology platforms
  • Troubleshooting technical issues during the event
  • Coordinate continuing legal education (CLE) events and materials between speakers and the firm’s CLE administrative team
  • Obtain CLE approval and accreditation of all firm-hosted virtual events
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes based on event technology findings and trends
  • Other duties as assigned including but not limited to:
    • Assistance with CLE administrative needs, when requested.
    • Collaborate with Internal management teams to assist in the following:
    • Keep up to date on all emerging technologies and trends
    • Database management
    • Calendar of upcoming webinars
    • Review and manage relevant third-party vendor relationships and updates
  • Demonstrate technical proficiencies in On24 and Zoom Events
  • Demonstrate mastery of InterAction, Vuture and Cvent
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity from desktop and laptop computers
  • Demonstrate efficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Database Management
  • Employees approved for flexible work arrangements are expected to be available and maintain a practice of reliable, consistent attendance at all times during the employees scheduled work shift including, but not limited to, Zoom chat, Zoom, email and voicemail, and by phone
  • Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Journalism or Communication Studies preferred)
  • Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is preferred. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a related role required
