Your goal as a server at polpettina is to create an unforgettable experience for each guest. Servers must be welcoming and ready to anticipate all guests' needs. Servers must demonstrate high-level knowledge of our menu, as well as our wine and beer selection, cocktails, and soft beverages.

With high valued tin ceiling Edison bulbs dangle above the bar and over the tables - creating a very comfortable and inviting dining experience. We set out to create a casual, warm atmosphere where service & genuine hospitality matters.
