Pololei is Hiring a Program Analyst Near Orlando, FL

The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies has a need for a Program Analyst to support our government customer located in Orlando, Florida.

  • Experience with the DoD Acquisition Process
  • Accurately coordinate, schedule and attend program IPT meetings.
  • Prepare agendas, abbreviated meeting minutes, and presentation materials.
  • Collect meeting agendas and post the required items on the SharePoint.
  • Draft, update and review program briefs, to include Program Management Reviews, Program Objective Memorandum (POM), Quad Chart, and Financial Mid-Year Reviews.
  • Draft, update and review program acquisition documents including, Single Acquisition Management Plan (SAMP), Acquisition Program Baseline, and Cost Analysis Requirements Description (CARD).
  • Draft, update and review program contract action documents, follow the approved MARCORSYSCOM, NMARDS, DFARS, and FAR formats.
  • Review Statement of Work of Performance, Specifications, Contract Data Requirements List, Management and oversight Process for the Acquisition of Services-Streamlined (MOPA-S), Individual Streamlined Acquisition Plan (ISTRAP), Individual Streamlined Acquisition Plan with Services (ISTRAP-M); Program Streamlined Acquisition Plan (PSTRAP); Program Streamlined Acquisition Plan with Services (PSTRAP-M); and Market Research report.
  • Completely review program contract deliverables for accuracy comparing with the requirements set forth in the SOW, PWS, Specification and CDRL documentation.
  • Annotate all discrepancies within a Comment Resolution Matrix (CRM) spreadsheet and provide it to the Government.
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Bachelor's Degree

  • Experience with Live, Virtual, Constructive Training Systems
  • Experience with Virtual Training Systems
  • Experience working with a DoD Acquisition Organization
  • Experience with SAVT and LVCTE

  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
