Pollo Regio is seeking for Restaurant General Manager for our Austin TX location. This position requires customer-focused individuals with previous restaurant experience, and a desire to succeed and grow with the company.

Your responsibilities as a Pollo Regio Manager will include -- Coordinate the entire restaurant operation
- Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
- Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible
- Appraise personnel’s performance and provide feedback to keep them upbeat and productive
- Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
- Monitor compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations
- Control costs and minimize waste
- Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
- Minimum one to two years of Operations experience
- Loves to work in a team
- A good attitude to coach and motivate team members always
- Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
- Possess good communication skills
- Food Safety Certification

Pollo Regio originated in Monterrey, Mexico and brought its authentic recipe for Mesquite-grilled chicken to Texas in the 90s. Pollo Regio was founded by Mr. Bazaldua. He set up a food trailer that was outfitted with a charcoal grill, over which he cooked his special-recipe marinated chicken.
