Volunteer Sleepy Hollow Patrollers provide emergency medical care, enforce safety policies, and maintain resort boundaries. They enjoy complimentary skiing, snowboarding, and tubing passes both while on and off duty.
- Assist with dispatch duties and emergency calls, & coordinate with Ranger when applicable.
- Ensuring trail & lift safety.
- Address injured or reckless individuals.
- Enforce safety regulations and educate guests.
- Monitor activities and events.
- Administer emergency care and first aid.
- Transport individuals experiencing difficulty.
- Provide assistance to guests.
- Skiing or Snowboarding is a plus but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of safety policies and practices.
- Proficiency in customer service methods.
- Ability to monitor activities and solve problems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to perform manual labor tasks.
- The Patroller should have a minimum EMT-B certification.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
