Job SummaryCut, prepare and insert insulators into the stator ironsCheck stator irons on core loss testerPerform wire prep (making coils), winding, harnessing, and labelingIdentify electrical configurations of all motor typesModify or reconfigure motor to fit the demanded applicationManage work flow process to connect with order/component kitting to ensure priorities are set for build schedules (flexible)Perform quality control testing after the stator is woundSpot quality concerns and bring to attention of supervisorUse good housekeeping and organizational skills to maintain a safe and clean work areaOther duties as assigned.
