Polinger Company is seeking to fill the following position for Commercial and Residential construction projects: Superintendent for Commercial – Residential Construction

Requirements

• Min. HS diploma/GED plus 3 years of construction experience in Commercial and Residential renovation projects.
• Must have tools and transportation, Prolonged walking, standing, stooping, and kneeling are required.
• Applicant should be familiar with OSHA regulations, and job safety requirements.
• Must have general knowledge of construction scheduling, means, and methods.
