Polaris Healthcare is Hiring a MEDICATION TECHNICIAN Near Middletown, NY
Middletown, NY assisted living facility seeking full time and part time medication technicians to administer medication to residents in accordance with state regulations. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop and update each resident's assistance plan, maintain an accurate medication administration record, maintain and count an accurate controlled substance record, monitor the health, safety and well-being of the residents etc.
Friendly atmosphere, dedicated staff. and corporate support.
Shifts: 7 am-3 pm and overnight 11 pm-7 am
