RN, ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF PATIENT SERVICES: Seeking a full time RN to oversee our Certified Homecare Agency Albany County. 70% of this position is administrative and 30% clinical. However, if there is staffing issues this Associate Director is expected to be hands on in the clinical field. 

Salary Range: $85,000-90,000

• Mileage reimbursement is provided when travel occurs. 

What you will do:

• Day to day oversight of Regional Directors and Lead RNs
• Ensuring resident care is delivered.
• Ensuring continuity of care
• Perform audits, write ups, evaluations as directed. 
• Conduct CQI reports quarterly. 

• Must have a NYS license as a Registered Nurse 
• Must have Leadership and Supervisory experience required
