Position Overview:

As the Assistant Medical Billing Manager you will play a vital role in managing our billing operations. You will oversee a team of billing specialists, optimize revenue collection, and maintain compliance with industry regulations. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the billing department, providing guidance and support to billing specialists.

Oversee the complete billing cycle, from claim creation to resolution.

Monitor claim denials, rejections, and appeals, and implement strategies to minimize claim discrepancies.

Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile payments and maintain accurate financial records.

Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance, making necessary adjustments to billing procedures.

Implement and maintain efficient billing systems and software.

Generate reports and provide insights to upper management to optimize revenue and billing operations.

Qualifications:

Experience in medical billing, preferably in home care.
